Olá! tem como o usuário que responder meu formulário colar um link de alguma pasta ou arquivo para mim? Prefiro os links do que upload de arquivos.

Hi Carmen,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I just wanted to confirm if I understand your concern correctly. Do you mean to allow the user to paste a link to your form instead of uploading the file? If yes, you can use the Long Text element to allow them to add the file link. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Basic tab, scroll down to the Long Text element, and add a Long Text element to your form by clicking on it.
- You can rename the element to Enter Link.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Yes, but it doesn't work. When I test it as a user by filling out the form and submitting it, the link changes to plain text.

Hi Carmen,
Yes, when using the Short Text or Long Text elements to allow them to paste a link, It will only show plain text. But, when you open your submission tables it will show a URL. Check out the screencast below:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thank you! It will be amazing if the link works when I receive the briefing in my email. But that's okay! Thank you for the tip.
