    Now, coming back to your question, I have checked your form, and you have not enabled the option to restart your flow if a submission is edited. You can enable this option from the Settings. ​​Let me help you do it:

    1. In the Workflow Builder, in the green navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

    Now, every time a submission is edited, the workflow will restart. I've also gone ahead and cleared your form caches as an additional aid.
