You can manually delete the text when sending a Reply to your users submission. See example below:

However, if you're referring to automatically removing the text on all future Reply on the Inbox page, this is not currently possible. While that isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it.
