Notificações de Email esta enviando pdf geral de todos os locais do formulário criado.

Olá.

Criei um formulário de vistoria de espaços comuns contendo vários locais individuais de áreas de um condomínio residencial. Feito o preenchimento e finalizando o local de vistoria, ao enviar o email automático para o remetente, acaba sendo enviado todos os formulários, inclusive os não preenchidos aos emails cadastrados como destinatários e remetente.

Oque fazer para enviar somente o campo da área preenchida?

Fiz algumas modificações e agora o formulário esta enviando a notificação com o pfd em anexo, porém ao abrir o pfd, consta outro local de vistoria (Salão Infantil).

Preciso que envie somente o local do espaço em questão.

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your form and saw that you have already set up different Autoresponder Emails and Notification Emails with conditions to send the appropriate one based on the answer. However, since we can't check the PDF where the location is listed (Children's Room), can you provide us the submission ID, and can you take a screenshot of it and send it here? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Support Forum:

1. On the Support Forum page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Alternatively, it would also help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screen recording. You can use any free screencast app like Loom and send the link here.

Thank you for your help. I now understand the concept of sending the PDF based on the corresponding response. Unfortunately, we couldn’t set it up as a notification, but we did manage to configure it as an automatic submission. I’ve added the rules to ensure the PDF is sent both to us, the managers, and to the person who completed the form.
