Hi Abreu,
Since you only have 3 forms, you can still keep them on your account as Starter accounts can have up to 5 active forms. I also checked your Total limits and they will exceed when you change to a Starter Plan. Currently, you have 1,913 total submissions and 3.25GB of uploads. In a Starter Plan, you can only have 500 total submissions and 100MB of available space. You can see the complete list of limits per plan here. What you can do with this is download them first if you want to have a backup. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Tables, click on the Download All button on the upper right side of the page.
2. In the dropdown, you'll then have the option to Download as CSV, Excel, or PDF.
Once you have a backup of your data, you can now delete and purge the submissions. Here's how to do it:
1. On the My Forms page, click on the form with submissions you want to delete.
2. Click on Submissions on the upper part of the page.
3. Select the submission that you want to delete and on the top-right side of the screen, click on Delete.
4. On the pop-up that shows, click on Move to Trash.
5. Click on the 3 vertical dots beside the form name and in the dropdown menu, click on Trashed entries.
6. In the window that shows on the right side of the screen, click on Select All and click on Delete Forever.
7. Lastly, in the pop-up window, click on Delete to purge the selected entries.

But I have a few more questions. I would like you to clarify us about this free plan. What would our existing forms look like, what would change? Would the person be able to attach documents?
Can you give me more details about the plan, please?

Hi Abreu,
If you downgrade your account, you'll still be able to check the existing submissions and documents attached to your form submissions. However, if any of your new account limits, which you can take a look here, are reached, you won't be able to receive any other submission in your forms. You might also want to check out this guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.

Olá Abreu,
Para liberar espaço na sua conta, além de excluir os envios, você precisará excluí-los permanentemente também da Lixeira. É bem fácil. Deixe-me mostrar como:
- Em Meus Formulários, selecione o formulário desejado e clique em Respostas no topo para abrir o Jotform Tabelas.
- Escolha as respostas que precisam ser excluídas utilizando as caixas de seleção e clique em Excluir no canto superior direito.
- Na caixa de diálogo de confirmação, selecione Mover para a Lixeira.
- Após mover para a lixeira, para visualizar as respostas que estão lá, clique no ícone de três pontos no canto superior esquerdo da página e selecione Entradas Excluídas.
- Selecione a entrada que deseja excluir permanentemente e clique em Excluir Permanentemente.
- Na caixa de diálogo de confirmação, selecione Excluir.
E pronto! Excluir e limpar os dados da lixeira liberará espaço de envio na sua conta. Os dados excluídos não serão mais contabilizados no espaço disponível. Você também pode querer conferir este guia sobre Entendendo o Uso e os Limites da Sua Conta.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me.
I followed the step-by-step instructions you indicated, there is nothing left to delete and yet the message continues saying that the limit has been reached. Can you help me with this, please?

Hi Abreu,
I checked your account and your Upload Space is now at 61.02 MB / 100.00 MB. Can you check again and see if you still have the overlimit message? You can try logging out and logging in again or try a different browser or device.
