    Estamos enviando formulários, mas verificamos que não esta sendo enviado no e-mail de resposta automática.

    Hi lucreinvest01,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Can you share with us the link to your form, and the email address that have not received the Autoresponder Email? This will allow us to investigate with our system and confirm if the email was sent from our end, or if the email address is in our bounce list.

    In the meantime, consider setting up an SMTP server and use it as the Sender Email in your Autoresponder Email. Let me show you how:

    1. In Settings page, click on the Add Sender Email button.

    2. Enter the SMTP details in the pop-up tab, then click on the Send Test Email button to test the settings.

    3. After confirming everything is working well, click on Add Email. That's it.

    Now, you can select your SMTP server as the Sender Email in your email alert's Advanced settings.
