Dois formulários que utilizamos foram mordidos para a lixeira e nos gostaríamos de rastrear qual foi a origem desse acontecimento por segurança. Quais seriam os passos para ver qual a maquina, qual a data e horário que esses termos foram excluídos?

Hi easytermobrasil,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, unfortunately, it is not possible to trace which device, browser/app, or even the IP address used when a form was deleted. Note that form within an account that has a regular plan (Starter, Bronze, Silver, Gold), can and should only be accessible by one person, and that's the account owner. Sharing it with others is a violation against our Terms of Use. In case of the need to access the account simultaneously, the last logged account from a different browser/device will be automatically logged out, to make way for the other login attempt.
With that, any form deletion should only be done by the account and/or form owner, which normally is done within the resources available to them, like device, IP, etc. But, you can at least check the date and tie the form was deleted, and a brief description of it, through your account's History page. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.
- Go to Usage in the menu on the left side of the page.
- In the All Actions dropdown, go to Forms and select either Form Deletions or Form Purges.
- Click on the Calendar icon on the right to select the preferred date you want to check for the form deletions/purges.
Additionally, checking the last IP address registered on the account the last time it was used might help. But, note that it won't directly tell if it's the same IP address used when the form deletion happened. It will only indicate the most current IP address used/being used for the account. It is shown at the bottom of your account's History page. Check out the screenshot below:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
