Now, coming back to your question, I understand that you want to create a test form that calculates the percentage and display a custom message, so let me show you how to set that up using a demo form.

I created a sample form with two Input Tables, and each table has its own total score and percentage. See following screenshots:

Now, let me show you how to set up the scores and percentage:

1. Select the Input Table, and click on the Gear icon.
2. Go to the Options tab of the properties.
3. Set the Calculation Values for each cell, where you input the row's values as comma-separated numbers, which represents each column.

Do this step for each Input Table in your form.

Next, set up the Form Calculation widgets:

1. In Form Elements go to the Widgets Tab.
2. Find the Form Calculation widget, and add them to your form.

3. Select the widget, and click the Wand icon.
4. Click the Add Field button and find the first Input Table.
5. Select All the Rows, then add a Plus (+) sign between each row, before clicking on Save.

See following screenshot on how it should look like:

Do it with the other Form Calculation widget for the second Input Table as well.

Next, set up the calculation for percentage:

1. Click on the Wand icon of the Form Calculation widget for percentage.
2. Click on Add Field and find the Total 1 Score, then add the calculation before clicking on Save.

As for the overall average, just add all averages together and divide by number of items:

Now, add the field to display the message based on the percentage:

1. Open Form Elements and find the Short Text field, then add it to your form.

Finally, create the condition to add the custom message based on the percentage:

1. Click on Settings from the top navigation bar.
2. Select Conditions from the left menu.
3. Select Update/Calculate field from the list.

4. Set the condition similar as the following, before clicking Save:

Continue to add conditions as needed based on how many custom messages you want to display based on the percentage.
