Bom dia, estou há alguns dias tentando efetuar o pagamento do plano, porém o valor é sempre estornado e a contratação é cancelada. Existe algo a ser feito, alguma restrição ou detalhe para uso de algum cartão em específico? Não parece ter existido bloqueio por parte do banco.

Now, coming back to your question, when I checked your account, you didn't have any payment attempts. Are you perhaps referring to another account? You mentioned you've been trying to upgrade your account for a few days already. Do you get an error on checkout? If so, can you send us a screenshot of your screen so we can see what’s happening? This guide will show you how to do that.
