Now, coming back to your question, I have checked your form #242914003401643, and I can see that you've set Reminder Emails for your form, which is set to send once a day. You can delete the Reminder Email from your form's Publish tab. Let me walk you through it:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.

2. In the menu that appears on the left side of the screen, click on Emails, and then click on Schedule a Reminder Emails.

3. Hover your mouse over the Reminder Email, and then click on the Trash icon.
