    Prezados, Bom dia

    Estou desenvolvendo um guia sobre os treinamentos aplicados durante o ano e tenho tido problema com o link.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked the web address shown in your 2nd screenshot, and it seems to be incomplete, as I tried accessing it and showed as invalid. Check out the screenshot below:

    Also, the 404 error is usually caused by the browser being used. Can you try again and see how it goes? Before you do, clear your browser's cache and cookies first. You can also use Incognito or a different browser for this. If you're using a mobile browser or the Jotform Mobile app, close and reopen it, and then test the form again. I've cleared your Form Caches to refresh the data.

    If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on. Can you share the exact form link so we can check it on our end? I tried copying it from the screenshot, but it's too blurred to get the exact address sequence. That way, I can look into this for you. Also, I’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.

    Hi Homedical_juridico,

    The link you provided is a file/folder path from a computer, so we won't be able to access it. We need to get the actual website link address of the form, as shown on the first screenshot you shared, but was unable to copy it since it's too small to read, and gets blurred when zoomed in. Also, have you tried the suggestions I shared earlier? If not, you can do that first, and then test the form again that you're trying to access. If you can also give us access to your account as requested earlier, we can check this out from our end.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
