Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account, and it seems that you are overlimit. You have reached the maximum file upload size for Starter Plans. This is the reason why can't access your forms. You need to delete and purge submissions to free some more spaces on your account. Let me show you how:
- In Jotform Table, click the Three Dots icon and select Trashed Entries.
- Select all the deleted submissions, and click on Delete Forever.
Once done, test the form again and check if the forms are still inaccessible.
