    Hi Ponciano_Paulo,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, looking at your account, I can see that you are on a Starter (Free) Plan. Is this the same account you need help with? If not, can you share with us the username or email address of the account that is under the Silver Plan so I can check it for you? Also, are you talking about the Jotform Mobile app, or a form app in your account?

Note that for standard Jotform accounts (Starter, Bronze, Silver, Gold), it is a violation of our Terms of Use to share login credentials, or a single account, with other users. If found by our system, this can lead to account closure. In case you need multiple users to have access to your account, you may want to consider upgrading to Enterprise. If you’re interested in Jotform Enterprise, our dedicated Enterprise Sales Team can help you and answer any questions that you have. You can contact them here. Please fill out and submit the Jotform Enterprise Sales Contact Request and someone from our Enterprise Sales Team will get back to you shortly.

But if you only need to share access to forms so you can collaborate with other users, like managing/updating the forms, submissions, etc., you can do so through Form Collaboration. Any type of accounts can use this feature, as it is free to all types. That way, you can set a user (Administrator) to help you with editing the forms. Let me show you how:

    1. On the top-right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
    2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and then just share that link with your teammates.

As for the other user (Analyst), they can just simply access the form through a link you'll be sharing to them, so they can access it as a form user. This user can only view the form and fill it out, if needed, which is also possible in Offline Mode.

If you need to share access to a form's submission data, you can also do that by sharing the form's Tables to those users with different permissions. You can easily share your Jotform Tables with others using the Share button. Let me show you how:

    1. On the Jotform Tables page, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.
    2. Click on Share Settings and set your Table’s privacy options.
    3. Now, click on Go Back in the top-right corner of the panel and use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.

Once shared, you can change the role of each user as an editor, or viewer in the Share Table modal within Shared with (number) users. Simply click on the Downward Arrow icon beside the role you've given to a user, and change it from there. Check out the screenshot below:

You can also set up your form's Inbox to be shared to other users. Using Share Settings, you can make it so that other people can easily edit the submissions on the Inbox page. Let me show you how to set that up:

    1. In Jotform Inbox, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.

    2. In the Share This Inbox window, click on Settings.

    3. Scroll down the list and click on Collaborator in the Permissions section, and then click on Go Back.

    4. In the Share This Inbox window, click on Create Link to share your Inbox page by sending the link, or use the Invite By Email option.

Customizing the role is almost the same as how it is set up in Tables. You need to do that in the Share This Inbox modal within Shared with (number) users. Check out the screenshot below:

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Give it a try, and after we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
