A inscrição do processo seletivo foi realizada por essa plataforma "Jotform". Mas o site não mandou confirmação da inscrição com ela juntamente. Cujo e-mail destinado é esse "hosanahevilin@hotmail.com". Peço auxílio e suporte!! Me mandem as inscrições que foram preenchidas por esse e-mail.

Now, coming back to your question, it looks like you are referring to a form you have submitted. Jotform is a form builder supply, we provide builder for users to create their form. You can consider contacting the form creator about your application. The form creator can be reached from where you receive the form link and/or where the form is embedded.
