Não recebimento de email

    Bom dia, tudo bem?

    Estamos com algum erro na plataforma?

    Tenho um formulário com vcs de AVISO CIR´RUGICO e não estamos recebendo nos email cadastrados.

    Now, coming back to your question, When I checked, our system shows that one of the recipients set for the Notification Email which is far***cia.h**f@a**f.o*g.br s is on the bounce list. Take a look at the reason below:

    Reason(s) : bounced (host alsf-org-br.mail.protection.outlook.com[52.101.40.2] said: 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. [CY4PEPF0000E9D7.namprd05.prod.outlook.com 2024-11-19T14:57:49.077Z 08DD07B4DA9F3578] (in reply to RCPT TO command))

    I have successfully removed it in the bounce list. Can you submit a test submission to see if you start receiving Notification Emails again? And add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your email contact list.

    Also, reach out with your email provider since the emails from Jotform are getting blocked and request to Whitelist Jotform IPs and domains. If the issue persists after doing that, I recommend Setting up an SMTP and use it as the sender email for a form. Check out our guide explaining How to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues.
