Eu tinha o plano free e ao fazer o upgrade do meu plano meus formulários sumiram. Por favor, podem me auxiliar???

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and I see that you only have Jotform Sign documents. It's possible that your forms are stored on another account, can you share the link of any of your forms? This will help us locate the account.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked our system and saw that you are referring to the Sign Documents. Keep in mind that Sign Documents are located in a different location than your forms. Let me show you where you can find your Sign Documents:

1. On your My Forms page, click on the My Form text in the upper left corner of the page beside Jotform.
2. Then, click on My Sign Documents.

Also, yes, I can confirm that the sign documents that you listed are all in your account.
