Cancelar assinatura feita via Google Play Store

    Estou tentando pelo desktop fazer a migração da assinatura bronze para a básica mais a mensagem diz, "só é possivel pelo celular, pois foi feito pelo celular", gostaria que vocês cancelem minha assinatura bronze para a gratuita sem custo !

    Now, coming back to your question, after checking, it appears that you subscribed through Google Play. You can't cancel subscriptions purchased via the Google Play Store and Apple Store within your Jotform account. To cancel your subscription, you can check out this guide about how to cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play.
