Calculo Final Do Valor

Estou fazendo um formulo no qual, cada questão tem uma pontuação, que vai de 0 a 3

essa parte eu já fiz a configuração, mas preciso fazer o calculo final do valor e enviar o e-mail para a pessoa que está respondendo com "nota final do diagnostico". Eu quero que envie no e-mail da pessoa a resposta, ou que seja feito o calculo em uma outra página mostrando o resultado, mas eu preciso captar alguns dados da pessoa para liberar o resultado!

Let me get back to your question. You can use Form Calculation Widget to sum up all the fields you need. It's really easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Widgets tab, drag and drop a Form Calculation widget to your form.
3. Now, click on the Wand icon on the right side of the widget.
4. In the menu on the right side of the page, click on Add Field, and select your fields.
5. Click on the Plus icon in the menu to sum up the elements, and click on Save.

You can also check my cloned form, and clone it if you like it.

Next, you can set the Email notifications based on the answers of people who fill your form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Settings.

2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions, and then select Change Email Recipient.

3. Set up the conditions as you see below and click on Save:

I gave you an example based on your form, but you can adjust the condition as needed. Also, to use different emails, you'll need to create separate ones. Eu fiz essa parte do calculo que você ensinou, porem não deu resultado algum, fiz o teste no formulario que você fez também, não obtive a pontuação.

Eu preciso que seja somado as 12 perguntas e no final de a nota. da uma olhada.

Não sei se fiz da forma correta também, mas preciso que todas as perguntas sejam somadas, para dar um valor final e ve onde o cliente se enquadra na pontuação.

Eu configurei quatro condições diferentes para que eu consiga enviar o e-mail certo de acordo com a pontuação.
Exemplo:

Mas o envio do e-mail está sendo sempre o mesmo, parece que a soma do resultado, não está dando certo. Você consegue fazer isso, ou me mostrar o que estou fazendo de errado?

When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, click on the Form Calculation widget on your form, and then click on the Trash Can icon, located on the right side.

2. Click on the Add Form Element menu, located on the left side of the screen.

3. Under Widget tab, drag and drop Form Calculation widget on your form.

4. Click on the Form Calculation widget on your form, and then click on the Wand icon, located on the right side.

5. In the menu that appears on the right side of the screen, click on the Add Fields.

6. Now, select the fields for calculation, add a plus sign after each element in the calculation, and then click on Save as shown in the screencast below:
