Verifiquei e não tem nada na lixeira.
Como faço para liberar o espaço da conta?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, when I checked on your account logs, and your upload space is over the limit. Your upload space is 100.77 MB / 100.00 MB. You can easily purge the deleted submission data. Let me show you how:
- Click on the Three Dots icon in the upper left corner of the screen beside the name tab, in the green navigation bar.
- On the Dropdown menu, click on Trash Entries.
- On the right side of the screen, click on the Checkbox beside Select all.
- Click on Delete Forever, and lastly click on Delete.
- In My Forms, in the upper right corner of the screen, click on your Avatar.
- In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
- Go to Form Caches and click on Clear Cache.
