Já limpei o espaço de upload mas os formulários continuam bloqueados. Poderiam fazer alguma coisa?

Now, coming back to your question, I've recalculated your Upload Space and cleared your form caches. Your Upload Space is now at 12.85 MB/100.00 MB and your forms are now active again.
