As opções no relatório mostram "Outras entradas"

Now, coming back to your question. The "Other entries" is showing when the option limit is set to a number of limits to display on the chart. To fix this, you can remove the limit. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In Report builder, click on the chart's gear icon to open its settings.
2. Under Data Tab, remove the number added under the Option Limit. This will show all the answers in the chart.

If the issue persists, can you please share the link to the form in question and allow us to access your account so we can check the data? Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
