Como posso criar um formulário e integrar o Shopify no formulário?

Por favor, eu consigo criar um Formulário COD (Cash on Delivery) para integrar na minha loja Shopify?

Quero criar para um único produto da minha loja. Esse modelo de formulário permite que a ordem seja emitida sem passar pelo checkout expresso da shopify.

You can create a form on the My Forms page, add the Product List element to your form, and integrate Shopify on your form. You can clone my demo form, or you can do it on your end. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In My Forms, click on Create Form on the upper-left part of the screen.

2. Click on Start From Scratch on Create A Form field.

3. Click on Classic Form on Select Form Layout field.

4. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the upper-left part of the screen.

5. Drag and drop the Product List element to your form.

6. Type your preferred label on Product List field.
7. Click on the Shopping Cart icon on Product List field.

8. Click on the Pencil icon on the product on the right part of the screen.

9. Input your preferred product configuration on Product Settings field on the right part of the screen.
10. Click on Save on the lower-right part of the screen.
11. Click on Back on the upper-right part of the screen.

12. Click on Create Product on the upper-right part of the screen.
13. Repeat Step 9 to Step 12 until you have all your preferred products on Product List field.

14. Click on Settings on the orange navigation bar.
15. Click on the Integrations tab on the left part of the screen.
16. Type Shopify on Search field on Integrations field.
17. Click on the Shopify integration on Integrations field.

18. Scroll down, click on Use This Zap on third Shopify option on Zapier Templates field.

19. Click on Continue on the lower-right part of the Configure Your Zap modal.

20. Click on Continue on the lower-right part of the Configure Your Zap modal.

21. Click on Test Trigger on the lower-right part of the Configure Your Zap modal.

22. Click on Continue With Selected Record on the lower-right part of the Configure Your Zap modal.

23. Click on Sign In on Account field below Action Event field.
24. Sign in and connect your Shopify account.

25. Click on Continue on the lower-right part of the Configure Your Zap modal.

26. Click on Test Step next to Skip Test on the lower-right part of the Configure Your Zap modal.

27. Click on Publish next to Test Step on the lower-right part of the Configure Your Zap modal.

My COD form will be with only 1 product, being:

SKU=MW0012-REP

It must only include:

• Name
• Email
• CPF (with 11 numbers)
• Telephone
• Address
• City
• State
• Zip code

And the "Send Order" button

I can see by the screenshot you've sent that Zapier is trying to find submissions in your form and isn't able to find any. You can try making test submissions in your form and try integrating it again. As for developing the form that you mentioned, we don't provide custom form creation or designing services, but you're welcome to work with a third party who may be able to help you. You can check out our Jotform Solutions Partner Directory for a list of consultants who've asked to be included.
