Olá, estou com problemas novamente nos meus limite, excluímos todos os envios e o limite não voltou a o normal?

Hi Marlon,
When I checked your account, I see that your Upload Space is within the limit. Currently, it shows 5.96 kB / 100.00 MB. But I see that you've hit the monthly submission limit. The Starter plan has a limit of 100 submissions per month, currently it shows that you've received a total of 111 submissions. When you hit a monthly limit, you can either wait for your monthly usage to reset or upgrade your account to increase your limits. You can check your monthly usage reset date from your Account Usage page.
It's really easy to Upgrade your Account. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.
3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method.
Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:
After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.
If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment.

But I deleted all my uploads, wouldn't it have to go back to normal?

Hi Marlon,
The Upload Space of your account is not the issue, it's the monthly submission limit. As noted in my previous reply, the Starter plan has a limit of 100 submissions per month, and your account shows that you've received a total of 111 submissions. Deleting submissions will not reset your monthly limits, you can either wait for your monthly usage to reset or upgrade your account to increase your limits.
