Bom dia. Os arquivos a serem sincronizados no onedrive estão demorando muito.
A pasta é criada rapidamente, porém o arquivo está demorando horas para ser gravado no onedrive. Este problema começou na semana passada.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I was able to see the file and its data seconds after I submitted the form. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
- In the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Go to Integrations, and click on OneDrive.
- Click on Remove Integration.
- Click on Yes, Delete.
- Still in Integrations, search for OneDrive using the search box.
- Click on OneDrive, and select your OneDrive account by click on the dropdown.
4. Click on Save.
Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
