While Jotform doesn’t have a direct feature for this in the Product List, you can set up a workaround using Conditional Logic and a Time-based Widget. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left-hand side to open the Form Elements panel.

2. Go to the Widgets tab and search for any time-related widgets.

3. For this example, I’ll use the DateTime Single widget. Click or drag it into your form.

4. Once added, the Widget Settings panel should open on the right side. If it doesn’t, click on the Wand icon to open it manually.

5. Under the General tab, configure the settings as needed, but make sure to enable Run in the Background. Then click Update to save the changes.

6. To keep the widget hidden from form respondents, click the Gear icon to open the Properties panel, go to the Advanced tab, and enable Hide Field.

Now, let’s set up the Conditional Logic to control product availability based on time:

The feature you're looking for such us making individual products available on specific days, is unfortunately not available within the Product List element that you're currently using to list and display your products. But, there is a workaround you can try by manually creating your product list using a Multiple Choice element instead.

Instead of using the Product List element, you can manually list your products using a Multiple Choice element, which gives you control over which products appear based on the selected date. By assigning values to each option, you can represent product prices, which is helpful for any calculations you need later on. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left-hand side of the page.

2. Under the Basic tab in the Form Elements panel, find the Multiple Choice element. Click on it or drag and drop it to your preferred location in the form.

3. Rename the label as show in the screencast below:

After that, you can set the value for each option. Let me show you how:

4. Click on the Gear icon to open the Multiple Choice Properties on the right side.

5. Go to the Options tab, Enable the Calculation Values, and then enter the values for each option.

Now, to display product images, use the Paragraph element to upload the images and then set up Conditional Logic that will show or hide the images based on the selected product. This setup will allow you to dynamically present products and images according to user selections.

Once you’ve set everything up, you can now refer back to my first response where I explained how to disable the product list based on time. However, since your products are now manually listed, you now have more flexibility to hide specific products instead of disabling the entire list.

2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Wenn ich ein Produkt aus der Liste auswähle, wird das Produkt zwar angezeigt, aber ich kann es nicht bestellen. Es sollte möglich sein, das Produkt mehrmals zu bestellen und auch einen Gesamtbetrag zu erhalten. Außerdem sollte das Produkt eine Beschreibung bekommen. Kann ich die Produktliste mehrmals verwenden? Damit könnte ich evtl. auch die gewünschten Möglichkeiten verwenden.

I have made some adjustments to the cloned form of your Vorbestellung Brotfreundin based on your requirements. This time, the form allows users to input the quantity or the product they want to order, and the total cost will be automatically calculated. The total cost will then be passed to the payment processor of your choice.

Since I’m unsure which payment processor you’d like to use, I’ve integrated Stripe in the demo form as an example. You can view the form here, and I’ve ensured that you will be able to clone it to your account to see how I’ve set it up.

Here’s what I did:

• I used a multiple-choice element to list the first set of products. Using conditional logic, the product image will appear based on the selected option in the multiple-choice element. I used a paragraph element to upload the images, and you can also add additional product information in this section.
• Each option in the multiple-choice element is linked to a corresponding short text element and number element.
• The short text elements contain the price for each option and are hidden from the user.
• The number element, which is visible to the form user, allows them to input the quantity they wish to order. Using the form calculation widget, the price for each product is multiplied by the entered quantity.

Sure, you can use the Dropdown field for the quantity. It's really easy to add this to your form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose the Dropdown field and drop it to your form.
3. Click the Gear icon and go to Options tab to insert your Quantities.

Then you can update the form's conditional logic. Let me walk you through it:

1. While in Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
3. Hover your mouse on the condition and click the Pencil icon.
4. Update the Quantity field to show and click the Save button.

Next is to update the Form Calculation so it will get the quantity on the dropdown instead. Let's do it:

1. In Form Builder, select your Form Calculation widget and click the Wand icon.
2. Update the Quantity fields to the dropdown fields.
3. Click the Save button. That's it.
