    Hi Leonidas,

Our Spanish support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I’ll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or if you’ve rather had support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they’re available again.

Now, coming back to your questions, you can edit the email subject and sender. Let me show how to change email subject and sender name or email address:

    1. Go to your Jotform Dashboard and open your form.

    2. Navigate to Settings → Emails (in the top menu).

    3. In the Emails section, you'll see the Notification Email (the email you’ll receive when someone fills out the form) and the Autoresponder Email (the email your respondents will receive after submitting the form).

    4. Click on the Autoresponder email or Notification email (whichever one you want to edit).

    In the email editor:

    1. Scroll down to the "Sender Name" field and replace "Jotform" with the name you'd like to appear.

    2. You can also customize the "Sender Email" field if you'd like the email to come from your business email address.

    3. Change the subject line to your desired text.

This way, when respondents receive the email, it will display with your customized sender name and subject.

To avoid confusion, I moved your other questions to a new thread and helped you with that here and here.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
