ENVOYER UN DOCUMENT PDF AUTOMATIQUE

Bonjour,

J'aimerais savoir comment un ou plusieurs documents PDF personnel, que j'aurais injecté au préalable, peuvent être envoyé automatiquement après une soumission?

Now, coming back to your question, to do this, you can attach the PDF to your Autoresponder or Notification email, so it will be sent along with the email after a submission has been made on your form. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Settings tab.

2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

3. Hover your mouse over the Notification/Autoresponder Email element and click on the Pencil icon.

4. Click on the Advanced tab, toggle Attach PDF to the On position, and select the PDF file you created.

5. Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.

I'm afraid I didn't quite understand your request. Can you explain a bit more about it, so I can get a better idea of what you're trying to achieve? Are you referring to a PDF that you uploaded to a form you submitted, or is it the Original PDF you uploaded when creating a form in the Smart PDF Form Builder? It would help us to understand if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

Are you trying to attach a screenshot of your PDF document? Unfortunately, we did not receive the attachment you shared. Could you try uploading it again? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Support Forum:

1. On the Support Forum page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

That's it. Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

J’ai finalement réussi à trouver comment injecter un document pour que le client le reçoive automatiquement après une soumission.
Pourriez-vous, me dire si c’est possible d’ajouter plusieurs documents. En effet je n’arrive à injecter qu’un seul.

En effet, il n'est pas possible d'attacher plus d'un document depuis cette section Pièce Jointe des réglages de l'email. Notez que si la taille totale des documents attachés dépasse 5 Mo, les documents attachés seront remplacés par des liens dans le corps de l'email renvoyant vers ces documents qu'il faudra alors télécharger. Cette limite est une limite usuelle pour ne pas saturer les différents serveurs d'emails sur internet. Notez qu'à cette page des réglages avancés de l'email, vous pouvez aussi associer plusieurs PDFs créés dans l'Editeur de PDF du formulaire, la limite de 5 Mo s'y appliquant également. Je ne saurai donc que vous conseiller de mettre ces documents sur un site internet ou une plateforme de partage de votre choix et d'en donner les liens dans le corps de votre email.
