Beste Jott,
Wij hebben ons limiet bereikt en willen graag verder met inspecteren? Ligt het aan de limiet ruimte van 10G en komt deze weer vrij zodra wij alles downloaden?
Hopelijk horen wij snel.

Now, let me help you with your question. Your account shows upload overlimit (10.57 GB / 10.00 GB). Please note that this resets every 1st day of each month. You can also upgrade your plan if you need more space. You can free up more space by making a backup copy of your Submission Data before deleting them. Here are different guides on how to do it:

You can check your account's usages and limits by clicking on your avatar at the upper right corner of your page when logged in and by reviewing the progress bars.
