Ola,
Preciso de ajuda.
O sistema está informando que ultrapassamos o limite permitido. Contudo , fui olhar o nosso plano atual:
25 Formularios , 1000 Envio Mensais , 1 Gb de Espaço Disponível.
Chequei a quantidade de informações no meu sistema e só tem 17 formulários e menos de 200 envios em todo esse tempo. Logo , não estou entendendo o que está acontecendo para ter ultrapassado o limite.
Poderia me explicar ou corrigir o erro ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I've checked your account and can see that you have reached your Upload Space limit. You currently have 1.88 GB of uploads in your account and the limit is 1 GB. To clear your Upload Space, please download your submission data and delete the submissions that have file uploads on them. If the submissions have been deleted on your Jotform Tables, please do not forget to delete them on the Trashed Entries as well. Let me show you how:
- Go to your Jotform Tables by clicking the Form Builder menu beside the Jotform logo.
- On Jotform Tables, click the three dots beside the tab name and select Trashed Entries.
- Select All submissions then click Delete Forever.

Unfortunately it didn't solve it. I deleted all the messages, there are no documents larger than 1 GB, it's impossible. There are very few submissions and it already excludes almost everything. It hasn't been resolved yet

Thanks for getting back to us. I've recalculated your Upload Space limit and it is still showing that you have 1.58 GB of uploads in your account. Most of them are from these forms:
- Extensão de Status - 569 uploads
- Troca de Status - 309 uploads
- Visto de Turista Americano - 22 uploads
I suggest downloading and deleting the submissions of these forms to free up your Upload Space.

Thanks for getting back to us. The number of uploads are from those submissions that you have not deleted yet. Please check the forms that I included in this reply and you'll see those submissions. If you download those submissions, delete them, and purge them from the Trashed Entries, you will be able to clear your Upload Space.
